Comprehensive Technical Support: From Design to Maintenance
DETAILED ENGINEERING
In our Engineering section, our team has extensive experience designing high-current conductors, whether for new plants or optimizing existing ones, we are the experts you need. We work with high-current conductors made of copper and aluminum, offering complete solutions that are fully focused on improving energy efficiency. Moreover, to ensure quality, our team has developed its own standards for defining the sections of the conductors. We also use high-tech design tools like SolidWorks.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The team of technicians at Gecsa is highly qualified and provides comprehensive support throughout all stages of the process: from the initial diagnosis or audit, through the assembly, to the installation and commissioning of our busbars and all their auxiliary components, including switches. Thanks to their extensive experience in various industries with high electrical consumption, we guarantee quality service, qualified to resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, this same group of technicians, specialized in attending to our clients at their facilities, is also responsible for the manufacturing of the conductors at our recently renovated facilities. Finally, if the client has trained professionals capable of assembling our conductors, we offer the option to send a supervisor who will lead the team to ensure that the client’s staff follows the proper procedures, ensuring that Gecsa’s equipment is correctly installed.
MAINTENANCE
Our technical team also performs maintenance tasks, particularly corrective maintenance work at our clients' facilities. These professionals are expert welders in copper and aluminum, supported by top-level certifications that guarantee their knowledge and expertise. Our team is accustomed to working under pressure and within brief time windows, adapting to our clients' maintenance shutdowns. Thanks to our team's dedication and experience, our clients can be assured that their conductors will always be in optimal condition.
