GECSA SPECIAL CONDUCTORS AND CONNECTIONS, SA has implemented an Ethical Channel to prevent and identify behaviors that violate the regulations. This channel is available to all members of our organization and third parties, allowing the reporting of any weaknesses that may be contrary to the general or sectoral regulations applicable in accordance with the Criminal Code which imposes “the obligation to report possible risks and breaches to the body in charge of supervising the functioning and observance of the prevention model”.
We guarantee confidentiality, anonymity, and no retaliation towards those who report such incidents. Data will be kept for the time necessary to investigate the reported events and will be deleted after three months, unless more time is required for the investigation, in which case it will be handled in a legally appropriate manner.
